Road Traffic Law Driver CPC (JAUPT Course ref; CRS15106/2386)
Our Road Traffic Law Driver CPC course covers the rules of the road, but in particular those specific to large commercial vehicles. There’s been some major changes recently, making this course an essential part of any drivers 5 year update. All of our courses are designed to provide relevant and useful information, as well as ticking the box for CPC hours.
Training uploaded /registered with DVSA same day (subject to their IT issues)
There’s a lot of misconceptions amongst Drivers about some of the rules of the road and how they might be enforced. Candidates should leave the course better protected from both the authorities and unscrupulous employers. Designed by Drivers, for Drivers, and aims to keep your licence and your wages in your pocket!
By the end of the course, drivers should gain an understanding of;
>The roles and powers of the Traffic Commissioners and the DVSA.
> Drivers responsibilities regarding Operator Licencing and the OCRS.
> Some of the more misunderstood rules in the Highway Code.
> The significant changes to Road Traffic Legislation in recent years.
> Driver Licencing & CPC.
> Road Traffic Collision procedures.
> Sharing the road with vulnerable road users.
This Online Driver CPC Course is written by an experienced Driver and Transport Manager. The course is a live presentation from an experienced instructor and is delivered remotely on ZOOM. You only need very limited technical ability to be able to attend! Don’t worry if you’re not good with computers! It’s as simple as making a phone call and each course begins with a short tutorial on how Zoom works. Candidates will need a Tablet or laptop with a working camera (phones can be used if necessary but not recommended) and a stable internet connection.
