First Aid at Work (3-Day Course)
This comprehensive 3 day course is ideal for individuals who wish to take on the role of the lead first aider in their workplace. You will learn how to manage a wide range of medical emergencies, from minor injuries to life-threatening situations. Successful completion of this course will certify you to be the primary first aider in a workplace environment.

Emergency First Aid at Work (1-Day Course)
This shorter course is designed for individuals who work in smaller, low-risk workplaces, or for those who wish to support a lead first aider. The course focuses on essential skills to manage common workplace injuries and medical emergencies until professional help arrives.
