Online Return to Driving Course (HGV Only)

New from February 2025, the Return to Driving CPC course is now available for drivers whose CPC card has expired more than 60 days but less than 2 years ago. If that’s you, you can now get back on the road by completing a one-day condensed return to driving CPC module.

This 7-hour Driver CPC course is delivered remotely on Zoom by an experienced instructor and qualified Transport Manager.

You don’t need to be good with computers to attend. We specialise in keeping things as simple as possible to help drivers who might not be confident with technology. If you need help setting up Zoom, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We understand the urgency of getting back behind the wheel, and we’ve designed our streamlined Return to Driving CPC course specifically for drivers like you. The course gets you back on the road the day after attending!

On completion of the course, you’ll then have 12 months to complete a further 28 hours of Driver CPC training (if you choose to).

The Return to Driving CPC course is designed to refresh and update drivers on all of the essential elements of the CPC, but crammed into one course.

Please note that we only provide the HGV Return to Driving CPC Course at the moment, It is unsuitable for PCV drivers.

The HGV Return to Driving CPC course covers four critical subjects;

• Walk around checks
• Vulnerable road users
• Safe loading
• Drivers Hours & Tachographs

This course will only allow you to drive in the UK, so it is not suitable for EU drivers.

Important Considerations:

• This return to Driving CPC module is exclusively for HGV drivers. We currently do not offer PCV Return to Driving CPC courses.
• The 12-month CPC card issued upon completion is valid for driving within the United Kingdom only. It is not applicable to EU driving operations.
• To maintain your driving privileges beyond the 12-month period, you must complete the full 35 hours of Driver CPC training before the 12-month card expires.
